Houseboat Rules

- Check-out: 9:00 AM the following day

Exclusive Usage
- Houseboats are exclusively reserved for your group and are not shared with others.

Crew Members
- Each houseboat is accompanied by a navigator and a cook to ensure your comfort and safety.

Meal Plan
- Meals start with lunch upon arrival and conclude with breakfast before check-out.
- Meals follow a traditional Kerala cuisine menu. If you require a different cuisine, please inform us at least 5 days in advance.

Cruising and Night Halt
- The houseboat will anchor by 5:30 PM for the night stay and resume cruising at 8:00 AM the following morning.
- Evening and late-night cruising are not permitted as per regulations.

Air Conditioning
- Guests can use air conditioning at any time in Premium or Luxury houseboats.

Facilities and Expectations
- Houseboats have limited facilities and resources. Please do not compare them with hotels or homes.

Swimming Prohibition
- Swimming in the backwaters is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Noise Control
- Please avoid causing noise disturbances to nearby villagers during the night halt.

Food and Beverage Service
- Food and beverage services are available until 10:30 PM.

Guest Safety
- Guests are not permitted to remain or sleep outside the rooms after 10:30 PM.

Lunch Break Halt
- The houseboat will halt for 1 hour during the lunch break.

Travel Distance and Night Halt Location
- The houseboat typically covers a distance of 20-30 kilometers during the cruise.
- The location of the night halt will be determined by the captain, based on weather and climate conditions.
